If you have received a damaged or unusable product, you can contact our customer support via email at email@example.com. You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. The replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days. You will have 30 days to do so.
You have 30 days to return the product. If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. You will see the refund amount on your account within 3-5 business days
You can cancel the order only if the order is not shipped. Once the order is shipped, we do not allow for cancellations. For any enquiries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond with 1-2 business days.
